At Kopp’s Turkey Sales, we take food safety and product quality very seriously. Because our products are raw, perishable meat items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered. This policy ensures the integrity, freshness, and safety of all food products we sell.
All purchases made through Kopp’s Turkey Sales are final. Once a transaction is completed, the sale cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. We cannot re-stock or re-sell perishable products once they have left our control.

We may request photos or other information to verify the issue. If a verified issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for the item.
To maintain food safety, customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing products upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage or quality concerns resulting from improper handling, storage, or delays after delivery/pickup.
